More than ever before, aesthetic makeovers are in high demand. There is a tremendous influence by dental manufacturers on dental practices and dental laboratories when it comes to using their “new” products and technologies for this aesthetic arena. Today, you have the greatest demographic cohort in history- the baby boomers, which are seeing the ravages of the aging process. They don’t like what they see and are ready and willing to do something about it.
Working on your Practice NOT in your Practice starts with you the dentist and must include staff education and motivation, your physical practice, practicing what you preach, internal marketing strategies, D.I.S.C. personality profiles and the E-myth philosophy.
