The HPDA believes that learning together fosters a strong sense of camaraderie in the profession and elevates the level of wisdom, knowledge, and ethical professionalism among its members.

We achieve this by providing high-quality, data-driven, current, continuing education to our members to help them stay abreast

with the latest advancements in dentistry.

The HPDA happens to be the largest component society of the Ontario Dental Association and encompasses dentists from

Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Georgetown, Bolton and Brampton.

Our events at HPDA are well attended by hundreds of dentists and provide an excellent opportunity for industry partners to

showcase their products and services to our audience.

As a sponsor, your company will have the opportunity to:

• Reach a large and engaged audience of dental professionals through on-site branding and marketing materials
• Network with attendees during the event and establish relationships with potential customers
• Showcase your products and services to a targeted audience through on-site demonstrations and presentations

What is included in the HPDA 2026-27 Sponsorship offering?

• Two-minute mainstage segment (podium time)
• Recognition in all event promotions
• Website visibility - company logo and link on the sponsoring event page Promotion of your services on the HPDA website
• One exhibit table and two representatives
• Dinner at the evening event and breakfast and lunch at the full-day event for two representatives

What is my investment?

$1,000 – participation in one Social Event (Winter Charity Fundraiser or Summer Social)

$1,500 – participation in the HPDA Awards Gala Night*

$1,500 - participation in one in-person evening CE event** (minimum commitment of 2 evening CE events is required)

$2,500 - participation in one in-person Full Day event 

* Opportunity to bring one prize draw item for the Gala 

**Limited to a maximum of 7 sponsors per Education Evening

Awarding of Sponsorship is done on a first-come-first-serve basis

Sponsorship application must include the completed Sponsorship Agreement and full payment

What is my benefit for signing up for multiple CE events?

Sign up for 3 evening CE events for $4,000 ($4,500 value)
