Bill has investigated and resolved countless frauds committed against dentists and provides expert witness and litigation support services for dentists involved in business and other disputes.
Bill earned his BSc and MBA degrees from Dalhousie University and holds professional designations in applied information and engineering technologies. He is an active member of several fraud organizations including the ACFE.

Duty of Care
HPDA is following public health guidelines with respect to COVID-19. Although individuals are no longer mandated to wear a mask, the Toronto Medical Officer of Health is encouraging continued use of the best quality mask that you have access to and make sure it fits well. We are asking that attendees respect each others’ individual choices in the decision to wear a mask or not wear a mask.
